How did allergies affect your life?: I take allergy shots each week and medication in the morning and at night.  

Positive changes since AAR?: I have a huge lawn to mow. I used to take an antihistamine before mowing. Then before bed I would take 2 or 3 more. Now I take nothing and don’t have problems. 

Would you recommend AAR?: I would recommend treatments because it is a great value at first. When it is over and you have improved, it is priceless.

How did allergies affect your life?: I had to cut back on my activities (gardening and motorcycling) because I didn’t feel well often. My health had severely deteriorated. A friend at work recommended AAR. 

Positive changes since AAR?: I can breathe and have not had any infections. I feel so much better. Even people at work have noticed the change in my health.  

Would you recommend AAR?: I would recommend trading all the pills you pay for and do AAR’s program. It’s worth it! 

How did allergies affect your life?: Didn’t have energy to do much, air quality kept me from hiking or working out. Kept me home and wanting to sleep.

How did allergies affect your life?: Couldn’t sleep, HAD to use an asthma inhaler all the time, HAD to stop working every few hours to take an inhaler. Could not be around my pets for long periods of time. Could not eat or drink any foods I wanted. A lot of foods and drinks would give me shortness of breath. When I went out to eat I would always have to ask if there were nuts in the food, and couldn’t eat anything with nuts in it. 

Positive changes since AAR?: Can sleep through the whole night without waking up. Can eat or drink anything I want with no bad effects. Do not use my asthma inhaler anymore. 

Would you recommend AAR?: Yes I would recommend AAR. If you have bad allergies that you need to eliminate then give AAR a try.

How did allergies affect your life?: Unable to eat foods, play outdoors or go to friends’ houses. 

Positive changes since AAR?: Able to eat all kinds of foods, play with friends, full night rest, more energy. 

Would you recommend AAR?: Yes, the positive changes to your life are beyond words. 

How did allergies affect your life?: Awful- could not play with other children due to always being sick… So hard on family- mom and dad- so many sleepless nights…and worrying about his health. 

Positive changes since AAR?: Due to AAR and some other alternative healing practices plus methodologies and lifestyle change has led to fewer colds, no more asthma, healthier, play with other children, stronger immune system, happier parents.

I was suffering from asthma, nasal draining, itchiness and irritated skin for most of my life, but it had been worse the last few years. I did not have energy to do much, air quality kept me from hiking or walking outside and staying at home wanting to sleep. I feel much better now with my skin clearing up, energy levels have improved, and itchy eyes and wheezing are both gone! I recommend AAR to everyone and have for my family as well! Even had a family member flown in on vacation for treatments!

First time was about eight years ago for one of my three sons, he had asthma and an array of allergies, at that time we didn’t fully finish his full treatment for financial reasons but we definitely saw a difference, he has never had and asthma attack since.
