Positive changes since AAR?: No running faucet in nose. Can eat dairy for the first time in life. Eczema vastly improved.

How did allergies affect your life?: Made me uncomfortable at certain times of the year. Constantly running out to purchase allergy eye drops. Benadryl was always available in my glove box in case of a food reaction. 

Positive changes since AAR?: I no longer use the eye drops. Have not bought Benadryl in almost a year. More energy and sleep through the night.

How did allergies affect your life?: It was an embarrassment to have flakes on shirts. I was a salesman and had to constantly brush through my hair and on the collar/shoulders of my shirt so the flakes wouldn’t show.

How did allergies affect your life?: Beingsocial was hard because I had so many allergies affecting me. I would leave social events early to relieve my allergies. I would also fall asleep hours before most people because I was so tired. Dairy, citrus, caffeine all gave me stomach aches for days. 

Positive changes since AAR?: I love dogs and am now able to enjoy my time with them! I also have more energy now that my immune system is not always fighting allergies. I can now have dairy, citrus and caffeine without any problem. 

Would you recommend AAR?: IF your health is affecting your life it would be a good idea to find out what allergies  you have. Treating your allergies can change your body’s health, allowing you to put your energy towards the goals in your life.
