Jackie M.
53 y/o female
Years with symptoms: 13 years
Symptom: sinus year long
How did allergies affect your life?: It was annoying to always have to carry Kleenex around all year long.
Positive changes since AAR?: I went to an allergy doctor about 4 months after being treated for just 6 of my many allergies/sensitivities found by Dr. Foster and my tests came back that I had no allergies to dust mites, grass, or dog dander which for over 13 years had been bothering me.
Would you recommend AAR?: Definitely yes! I have told some of my friends who have allergies about my experience and how I even validated the results with a medical doctor and that really impressed them.

Francis M.
38 y/o male
Years with symptoms: 38 years
Symptom: Sinus/headaches
How did allergies affect your life?: I was tired, could not think clearly, some days depressed due to facial pain and pressure. I could only eat certain foods, slept poorly due to snoring/closed nasal cavities. Three years ago I stopped being a daydreamer. Everything was just a chore- ‘whatever’. I was not excited anymore. Nothing gave me joy anymore.
Positive changes since AAR?: I am less tired, feel happier, looking forward to tomorrow, and have future dreams again. Some treatments were immediate but it seems the sinus took around a month to start really turning around. I had it all my life, so I expected the damage to take some time to heal, but something is starting to happen!
Would you recommend AAR?: Yes I would. I would say go! you will feel and get better! Thank you Dr. Foster for pursuing this in your life and helping people to get better

61 y/o female
Years with symptoms: 30
Symptom: Sinus Congestion
How did allergies affect your life?: I had to take allergy medication 365 days of the year- which made me drowsy. The stress of breathing and pain in my fingers made most activities a chore. I was always tired.
Positive changes since AAR?: After my first treatment for ‘dust’, my hands do not hurt and I can breathe a full ung and not feel the tightness and coughing. My eyes are not puffy and swollen in the morning. I’ve had no headaches and I have not taken any medication for over a month. I can golf with no adverse effects from the grasses, trees, or flowers. My life is so much happier. I sleep better and I’m alert and enjoy life as I haven’t for many years. This is the best Mother’s Day gift I have received.
Would you recommend AAR?: Our daughter has flown down with her two children to receive treatments- and I have passed on my experience to anyone who will listen. These treatments are a life-saver.

Age 27
Years with symptoms: 22
Symptom: Upper respiratory
How did allergies affect your life?: Tremendously, I was easily irritated. Allergies bring you down, you cannot think clearly or function at your best potential. I was constantly blowing my nose. Allergy medicines gave me no relief, so I refused to use them.
Positive changes since AAR?: My nose isn’t always stuffed up. I can breathe a lot easier. I feel better, overall, a lot less fatigued.
Would you recommend AAR?: Yes, absolutely. I tell people about the muscle testing all the time and how the process works. I will tell people how it has changed my life for the better and the positive impact it has on my life.
